The first thing you will notice when you arrive at Black Mountain View Homes is that the community is situated opposite one of Asia's premier golf courses, the Black Mountain Golf Club.

Once you realize that you are about to be living in one of the world's most splendid locations, you will even further appreciate the love we have put into each of these homes.

We also feature a video walk-through of the property for your viewing. This has a complete view of the entire house for an enhanced experience.

The outside of these 426 sq. metre houses is impressive, as is the 130 sq. metre swimming pool. You can start to see from the outside just how large your new home is – the ceilings start at a spacious 3 metre height, and only go upwards from there. With a 3 tiered design, you will see how the house flows like water from top to bottom.

The inside of the home can only really be experienced to be believed. The below image illustrates the roomy gallery and lounge along with the subtle ambiance which is created by the effective use of lighting.

The gallery and lounge are the central heart of the home; from here you can access many parts of the house such as the office/playroom and the master bedroom. We have designed a Games Room/Office space to accommodate almost any need. This room alone is as large as a small city apartment – 87 sq. metres for you to play or work. The master bedroom is an example of beauty and simplicity in design. The room will call out to you .With 36 square metres to lounge in, it may take some coaxing to get you out of bed and onto the golf course.

What better way could you imagine spending the evening after a long day than in your own personal spa room. Again, we would like to remind you about the pre-wiring for automation. Complete this room by working with our preferred audio-visual supplier to install the ultimate in surround sound relaxation.
